How many organizer licenses do I need to start?

Zuddl plans start with a minimum of two organizer licenses. Pricing automatically scales down with volume — predictable and cumulative across all event types.

What’s included with each license?

Every organizer license unlocks full-feature access for its tier (Digital, Digital+Field, or Unified).
Each deal also includes one Collaborator license for supporting roles such as design, IT, or marketing operations.

What’s the difference between an Organizer and a Collaborator license?

Organizers have full control over event setup, registration, integrations, and analytics.
Collaborators support Organizers by:

  • Managing integrations (CRM, MAP, APIs, etc.)

  • Editing landing pages, emails, and branding

  • Viewing, creating, and downloading reports or records

  • Accessing dashboards and analytics

Collaborators cannot publish or modify core event setup but have view and edit access across all event types.

How much do Collaborator licenses cost?

Each account includes one Collaborator license by default. Additional Collaborators can be added at $170/month (billed annually).

Do I need separate licenses for on-site staff or sales teams?

No. All plans include unlimited on-site staff for event check-ins and unlimited sales users for lead capture — no additional licenses required.

How does virtual attendee pricing work?

Virtual pricing is based on your annual attendee volume (e.g., 2,000–3,000/year). No per-event or per-registration fees apply.

How does pricing work overall?

Zuddl’s pricing has three parts:

  • Licenses: Organizer and Collaborator seats, billed annually.

  • Add-ons: Optional modules such as Portals, Mobile App, Event Hub, Event Series, or AI Content Repurposing.

  • Platform Fee: Includes enterprise-grade infrastructure, SLAs, and data security. Scales with total licenses and account size for predictable cost.
